p.s. I and most my firend used windows, because it's freeware in russia :))))))))))... but in our servers we always used linux... Debian, RedHat... it depends on people, who setup it :)

I'm running a BSD-based version of Mac OS X Panther. It has nothing to do with Windows.

Safari isn't handling the character set properly. I can type in Russian and have it appear correctly, but to type in German I need to use Firefox for some reason. I think that it is a bug in Safari.

So, The Sonic God, you can now tell us if its true that MAC is the best for designers (I have never worked on a MAC)

HEY!!! WE'RE NOT BASHING OS's HERE!!! Mac rules, but the rest aren't too bad either... lol...

I never used a (whatever it's called... starts with an L ends with an X) but oh well...lol

Mac is good for working with heavy duty software... windows is good for working with office stuff...

but, the world never stays in one spot... Mac is already working on their own office software

I guess design needs heavy duty software.. so.. mac r0x..

well, I worked on a 100+ MB file with over 80 layers on it... Mac can handle it... PC would crash at about 50 layers.. so, it is heavy duty software

80 layers? what was the image about?

it was a "me" poster... I put so much pics in there that even Mac was slow at processing it... PC would crash at half of what I put in there
