Could someone that knows what PG-13 is please clarify what it is and what it means.

I for starters have never heard of it.
And i've been looking around in the forums for it and still can't find anything about it.

Sarafina said that if we discuss anything above PG-13 we'll be banned immediately.

But if we don't know what it means or contains how can discuss anything?

So please someone explain what PG-13 is, means and contains.

Could it be adult content? Things that only can being read by people over 13 years or more?

I think... In Spain it´s not used that name for these things.. we have movies for older than 7, older than 13 and older than 18... but many children don´t care

Well I guess it's more than possible.
But still... it doesn't say anywere in the forum... atleast not in international languages like English.
Until it does I don't feel that anyone should be banned for this.

We have age limits in Sweden too but when it is in use and when it has to be in use it says so... either on the backside of the DVD as in the forum rules.

"PG-13" - is one of the possibilities of phpBB forums. In the theory it was intended for the division of web pages content between "adult" and "childish" groups.
But it's not used here. So it doesn't matter...

As you said this is a TLK forum... shoudn't people be allowed to discuss TLK of all forms in here?
Sure i agree about the spam... no one like spammers.
And i wouldn't go as far as call homosexuality a perversion...

G - General Audiences. Anyone can attend freely.
PG - Parental Guidance Suggested. Content may be a bit harsh for young viewers.
PG-13 - Parental Guidance Suggested for Children 13 and Under. The movie may contain violence or sexually suggestive themes. It is recommended that children under 13 should not witness such things without guidance from a parent. Of course, if my kid was under 13, I wouldn't let him/her see it anyway.
R - Restricted. Movies with this rating contain a massive amount of violence and/or sexually explicit material (e.g., nudity). Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. In addition, movies with this rating cannot be rented or purchased by a person 17 years of age or younger.
NC-17 - No Children Admitted Under 17. There are no exceptions to this. Even with a parent present, no child 17 years of age or younger is allowed to view, rent, or purchase this content. Movies with this rating contain explicit material, including sex, intercourse, grotesqueries, wanton destruction, mayhem, chaos, or anything of a strong nature. Oftentimes for me, when I see movies of this rating, they are done extremely poorly.
